肝臟血管肉瘤(Hepatic angiosarcoma)是一種罕見且高度惡性的肝臟腫瘤，佔所有原發性肝臟惡性腫瘤的0.5–2%。由於hepatic angiosarcoma有多變的臨床表現和影像學特徵，且缺乏特異性的腫瘤標記，目前對hepatic angiosarcoma的確切診斷主要依賴組織病理學。
